I'm certain these work great for other purposes too but I have bought these and shared them with family and friends because they are great for cleaning eye glasses. Everyone agrees that these are the best for that purpose. Other fine textured microfiber cloths will just smear dirt and oil around on the eye glasses but these trap them and don't smear.Eventually, they will need to be hand washed using blue dawn detergent and then hung to dry. After that they are as good as new. Usually last sever…al months before they get to that point for me.

These cloths are THE best for cleaning. They get all the smudges and grease/grime off my glasses instantly w/o streaking and also are great for cleaning the screen on my cell phone. I had a huge one of these that came with my glasses that was too big... this size is just perfect. They're big enough to clean anything and handle easily... yet small enough to be practical and easy to use.
I've amassed a big collection of cleaning cloths from my glasses over the years, but they are usually too small and seem to clog up or something in no time. Then I need to throw them in the wash.Not these—they do a great job of cleaning, are an excellent size (6"x7"), don't clog up too easily and are cheap. Great product.PS They are by far the best thing for cleaning my MacBook screen, as well.
